Whenver guys scream they are lifting over 400 lbs on something. I really don't care how much you are lifting, all I think about is trolling you in real life.
Don't Act Like a Trainer

Don't act like a trainer unless someone asks you to help them. Even if you are a trainer you shouldn't think you should help everyone at the gym. If you see someone about to hurt themselves then that really is the only time you should say something.
Return Weights from Where You Got Them

If you get a dumbbell you should return it to where you got it from or else it will mess with other peoples OCD. Also did anyone else think this girl was going to drop the weight on her head when the gif started? What she is doing is fairly dangerous.
Don't Flex Your Muscles at the Gym. Also Don't Lift Up Your Shirt to Look at Your Abs.

The funny thing is I've never seen a guy this jacked flexing his muscles at the gym. It's always people who don't have muscles.

Don't misuse anything at the gym. You will wreck a machine or yourself. You're gonna have a bad time.
