Reranking the 2013 FIFA World Rankings
After every major competition or qualifier, FIFA releases it's latest rankings of where each country in the world stands. These rankings can be the source of bitter arguments between soccer fans across the globe. If a country doesn't qualify for the World Cup or does poorly in a continental competition like the Euro, then it is unlikely to rise to prominence and capture the most coveted sporting trophy in the world.

There are perennial global powerhouses that have dominated soccer for the better part of the past few decades. Spain, 2010's World Cup winner, is usually at or near at the top of the rankings. Spain is the middle of its greatest run as a soccer power with many of its players in their collective prime and a strong young squad rising through the ranks. Germany, Brazil, Italy and Argentina are among the top teams on the FIFA World Rankings year in and year out. Many players from these countries perform at the highest level in the best professional soccer leagues all over the world.

Vote for the country you believe should sit atop of the FIFA World Rankings. These rankings will fluctuate due to the volatile nature international soccer, so it's up to you to decide what country deserves to be at the top of this Ultimate List.
