According to Warner Brothers, they will release a Suicide Squad film in 2016 based on the long-standing comic book series published by DC Comics.
Speculation on who will make up the roster of this special Task Force X has already taken over the internet. There's certainly a discussion to be had about whether or not certain fans who wave pom-poms for certain characters realize what this team is all about. If the comics are any indication, not all of your favorites and not so favorites are going to make it out alive. They're called the Suicide Squad for a reason.
