Kosovo
CONFEDERATION-UEFA
Contains Shaqiri, Xhaka, Berisha, Cana & Januzaj(if he would've chosen.) They are semi-members by FIFA and are only allowed to play friendlies. Played Haiti, Senegal, Oman & Nigeria. Independent Nation but Serbia still say they claim it. Kosovo have been refused UEFA membership because they're not UN recognised. FIFA would want to give Kosovo membership within the next 5 years therefore UEFA would have to. Their best player is Albert Bunjaku. If granted membership, they would have to be seperate from Serbia in Qualifying Draws like Armenia-Azerbaijan, Spain-Gibraltar & Russia-Georgia.
Greenland
CONFEDERATION-UEFA OR CONCACAF
Have a suitable pitch therefore they have been granted 5% membership from FIFA. If all goes well, they will be granted full membership. Would have to join UEFA(Denmark links) or CONCACAF(Part of North America). Would have to be recognised by the UN to join UEFA. Sepp Blatter has stated that he would be happy to accept Greenland if they can produce a team and a great pitch. The pitch is suitable for playing Football so things are looking up.
Catalonia

This team includes Xavi, Fabregas, Roberto, Iniesta etc. However, Catalonia would have to select players that haven't played for Spain. Gaining Independence would help them a lot. FIFA would have no choice but to accept Catalonia if they have a League, good pitch and are an independent nation. To join UEFA, they would have to be recognised by the UN even though Faroe Islands & Gibraltar are not.

Most unlikely but they are a sovreign state recognised by the UN so they can join UEFA if they desire. If they do, they will have the lowest population of any International team. Just 900. Giovanni Trappatoni has managed the Vatican in the past. Can join FIFA as well as they have suitable facilities and are an independent nation. The squad would be amateur players so they would have little to no success like San Marino. But worse than San Marino. Joining UEFA would be awesome as San Marino would no longer be the worst team in UEFA.
