You know them. You hate them. Honestly, I don't even know why these characters exist. Did someone think they were funny? Maybe adorable? Seriously? Fingernails on a chalkboard, teeth-gritting perserverance, and channel-switching is how you feel about these characters. Usually an attempt at comic relief, these are the characters you can't even love to hate. You just hate.
